George J. Anello is the President and Principal Consultant of GJA Consulting LLC, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management Systems across the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.

Throughout his career, George has held senior leadership positions with leading organizations, overseeing regulatory compliance, quality operations, manufacturing quality, and global regulatory strategies. His extensive experience provides clients with practical insight into the challenges manufacturers face when developing, implementing, and maintaining compliant quality management systems.

George specializes in FDA regulatory requirements, ISO 13485, FDA Quality Management System Regulation (QMSR), EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), and Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) requirements. His expertise includes FDA 510(k) submissions, regulatory strategy, technical documentation, risk management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), supplier quality, sterilization validation, and regulatory inspection readiness.

He has served as a Management Representative and Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC), providing leadership in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing quality system performance, and supporting successful interactions with regulatory authorities and Notified Bodies.

As the founder of GJA Consulting LLC, George established the company with a clear objective: to provide manufacturers with experienced, hands-on regulatory and quality consulting services that are practical, effective, and tailored to their business needs.

Unlike consulting approaches that focus solely on documentation, George believes a successful quality management system must work within the organization's actual operations.
